The addition of proteomic and transcriptomic analyses to the database, as well as the expansion of previous data, will help scale up researchers’ understanding of SARS-CoV-2 virus host infections.

We have released a robust collection of data from 870 BQC19 participants with severe and non-severe cases of COVID-19, as well as controls. It’s the first collection we’ve released and represents just under a third of the participants who have agreed to participate in the project.
